Since most poeple from District Mirpur live in the UK if people organised them selved and stood up against corruption, places like District Mirpur would be better than Dubia in five years. Giving bribes only encourages corruption. Only when people organise them selves and put in place transparent, efficient systems, utilising the latest e-government and Geographical Information System (GIS) technology, modern policing and ran by a very few highly trained and educated honest people with good wages and no interest in corruption, can real change be made. Having one stop shop government and real transparency, so that people could view their land and houseing, land registry records over the internet by downloading and opening a KML file in Google earth. District Mirpur will be easier to develop, as most Mirpuris live in the UK. The public wants this area to develop. Once developed, it could then act as a catalyst for the peaceful development of the rest of the region.

Remove all the dead wood from government, that has been a strain on the development of the region. This would reduce government over heads and therefore reduce taxes making the companies in the region more competitive internationally and generate employment. Then they and their future generations could earn an honest living in those companies. At the same time allow people from the region who live abroad to also vote for the future governments via the internet or postal voting.
